 Teach panel communication faul |

hello,
We have a problem on a 1400 robot M97a S4C.
This system is rebooted,but te power went off while the system is
rebooting.
Now we have the text"teach panel communication lost"
The question is how we solve this problem?I have removed the batteries and
wait 30 minutes and put the power back on,but no results.
I want to clear the memory but nothing seems to work.
Can you help me?
