Hello,
I have 506 servo error 2 1501 in min "new" IRB 6/2.
In the Programing manual it`s written.
Couplingfault in a resolvercoupled to R/D board 1.
See Service Manual.
Does enyone hav the service manual as pdf?

Hi Runar,
The fault is in the resolver connections for axis 1 2 or 3.
Normally it is a broken cable.
To find out which axis is the problem, use the test points FB1,FB2,FB3
.
FB 1,2 or 3 with reference to 0V will show a sinusiodal feedback from the
resolver.
By comparing the values, you should see which is the faulty axis.
